Was disappointed that I was sent a ball with an inscription I did not order. Seller knowingly sent me the wrong inscription due to a printer mechanical breakdown on his end. He did not inform me ahead of time he was having printer issues and just sent me what he had apparently on hand. Was gifting this to our future in-law who is an avid golfer. The good-laugh "punch" of what I had ordered simply did not happen due to the replacement. When I reached out to the seller at the time to rectify the situation, he said he would refund me for the wrong item but never followed through. After elevating the situation to Etsy, they resolved the issue and refunded me the amount due.
